Over the years we have found it helps to prevent many kinds of problems arising if people contact us before ordering anything, if possible. This is because it is easier to use our knowledge to make sure that you get the right size, strength and style of product, preventing delays or problems later.
I know that searching ‘online’ is supposed to be an easy thing to do, and we have tried to make our site as easy to use as possible. However we have decided not to put an ‘online’ ordering system on the site as yet, because we feel we need to establish some information with the person before anything is ordered. It is very important that people get the right product, or products, relevant to their condition.
Plus it must be something the person would wear and be practical for their lifestyle. If people can contact us, we can explain about the benefits of the various types and styles to make sure people get the correct products to get the results they desire. We don’t sell these products like anyone else does, and we want to make sure you get a result. Please trust our judgement and advice, it will nearly always prove right in the end.
Our treatment knowledge gives us an advantage over almost anyone else we know of that markets these products. We pride ourselves on our use of this knowledge to get the best results possible for each of our customers. This includes the right product advice. Old fashioned service if you like.

We aim to get any orders dispatched within 2 working days, subject to stock availability.
Once you are happy with your choice, if you would like to order something, there are a couple of payment options.
There is a facility to order products from us over the phone with our debit or credit card facility, and we accept most types of cards except American Express. This is often the easiest and most popular way with our customers, as at the same time we can confirm sizes etc, as mentioned previously.
We also accept payment by cheque if needed. If you decide on this route for payment it needs to be made out to Phil Watson and sent to the address on our contacts section. If you have any queries please contact us should you need to do so.
